Lose 100 LBS - The Fat Book Review
The Fat Book makes workouts and weight loss seem like something fun to do - believe it or not! After reading through it, I couldn't wait to go out and start putting the Seven Secrets into practice. The first few exercises that I had to go through had nothing to do with exercising! It really helped me understand myself, and discover some of the reasons I've failed in my efforts in the past. I'm confident that I will have more success this time, as long as I stick to the steps outlined in this book.
One of the things that I really like about this program is that you get to know the struggle the author had, and can really relate to him. so much of what he went through, I can totally understand! I've gone through some of the same issues, too. I also enjoy his straight-forward, no-nonsense way of discussing the various issues, and helping you to be honest with yourself throughout the process of setting goals and achieving them.
I've read many books written by "professionals" - people who have always been in great shape and who really don't understand the struggles that often accompany weight loss - especially on such a grand scale. He lost over 100 pounds! This was written by a "real" person in a way that other "real" people can understand and apply in their own lives.
This is definitely a must read for anyone serious about losing weight - whether it be 10 pounds or over 100 pounds! If you're anything like me, you're going to LOVE it!
